Young City, Gdansk Waterfront
The Gdansk Waterfront, or Young City as it is also known as, is
a commercial site uniquely located in the Polish city of Gdansk on
the banks of the Martwa Wisla River. Recognized as one of the best
development sites in Central Europe, the Young City is within
walking distance of the Gdansk Central Station and the Old Town.
The area neighbours the birthplace of the Solidarity movement and
will upon completion offer an estimated 505.000 sq.m. of
residential housing, hotel facilities, retail shopping and modern
office premises.
