BPT wins 2008 Liquid Real Estate Awards

Baltic Property Trust was recognised in four different
categories in the annual 2008 Euromoney Liquid Real Estate Awards.
This is the second year in a
row that BPT wins the coveted honours.
Baltic Property Trust is the proud winner of the following
categories in the 2008 Liquid Real Estate Awards:
1st Estonia - Property management
1st Estonia - Investment management
1st Lithuania - Investment management
2nd Latvia - Investment management

The annual selection of the winners of Liquid Real Estate Awards
is based on surveys and assessments of real estate firms'
performance and achievements over the past 12 months. Respondents
include senior real estate advisors, bankers, developers and
investors in Europe, Asia, the Gulf and North America. The awards
cover real estate practitioners in more than 50 countries.
