BPT Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S changes to BPT Partner Services A/S

The Board of Directors of BPT Asset Management A/S has decided to have more focus on indirect funds including fund raising for the existing portfolio of BPT real estate funds.

Subsequently, as of today the investment company license granted to the subsidiary BPT Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S has been terminated by BPT Asset Management. The company will continue as a member of the BPT group dedicated to marketing of the BPT funds and product development under the new name BPT Partner Services A/S.
