Annual General Meetings held in BPT Secura, BPT Optima and BPT Arista

At the end of April BPT Secura, BPT Optima and BPT Arista
respectively held their annual general meetings (AGMs). All three
AGMs were concluded in good order.
Dividends for 2007 (payable in 2008) proposed by the respective
Board of Directors were also confirmed.
