BPT Asset Management Appoints New Chairman of the Board

We are pleased to announce that Mr.
Henning Kruse Pedersen (born 1947) has been appointed Chairman of
the Board as of September 1st 2007.
The appointment is a part of a long-term strategy that is to
strengthen the business and increase our market share in the Baltic
Sea Region. Mr. Henning Kruse Pedersen is a highly professional and
experienced board member and we are convinced that his chairmanship
will be a valuable asset and that he will be a benefit to our
business in the future.
Mr. Kruse Pedersen holds a Masters
Degree in Danish Law (cand.jur.) from Aarhus University and
currently holds the position as Group Managing Director at Nykredit
- one of the major players in the Danish financing industry.
Mr. Kruse Pedersen is Chairman of the Board in Nykredit Bank
A/S, LeasIT A/S, Advizer A/S, and The Danish Research Fund.
Moreover, he currently holds positions as a board member at
Øresundskonsortiet A/S, The East Asiatic Company and SPEAS and
EQT.
The BPT Asset Management Board of Directors now counts the
following members, who will form a solid base for BPTs future
activities:
