Baltic Property Trust Optima S.A., SICAR acquires the Baltic Property Trust A/S portfolio

As of October 12th, 2007, Baltic Property Trust Optima S.A., SICAR (BPT Optima) has acquired Baltic Property Trust A/S through a Share Purchase Agreement with its subsidiary BPT Optima UAB.

The acquisition marks the exit of Baltic Property Trust A/S in accordance with the fund prospectus and a strengthening of the BPT Optima fund portfolio.
