Baltic Property Trust Arista A/S covers title risks of Global City Shopping Center, Moscow

Baltic Property Trust Arista's title risks in connection with the acquisition of the Global City shopping center in Moscow have been covered through the LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc.

The title insurance policy is the first of its kind issued by a non-Russian company related to a real estate transaction in Russia.
