How to invest
Investors interested in investing with BPT can do so
through an initial share offering.
Investments are typically structured as non-listed real
estate funds with a minimum investment of EUR 125,000 plus
subscription fee. The funds can be either closed-ended or
open-ended.
All shares are issued at a nominal value per share of EUR
100.

Commitments and capital calls
Commitments are made in the form of subscription
agreements with capital being called on an "as needed" basis,
typically with a minimum of 10 business days' notice.
Special requirements
Any new investor will be subject to board approval. New
investors are also obliged to provide information in
accordance with MIFiD, including Know-Your-Customer and
anti-money laundering requirements.
