Funds overview
BPT currently manages seven private equity investment funds investing directly in underlying real estate assets. All funds are closed-ended vehicles with individual investment strategies and geographies. The investments are located across the North and East European region.
In addition to the private equity real estate funds, BPT also manages segregated portfolios and strategies on behalf of individual clients or groups of clients.
