Note: In 2007 the reporting practice was changed to include Q4 fund reports. Prior to this, the fund only issued Q1, Q2 and Q3 fund reports. The 2005 Q4 report was an extraordinary report issued in March 2006.

* Due to increased market uncertainty the Q1 report for 2009 was cancelled awaiting an extraordinary property valuation in BPT Optima. The result of the valuation is incorporated into the Q2 report.

** Due to the issuance of preferred shares in the fund the Q4 report for 2009 was cancelled.

*** The Q4 report for 2012 has been cancelled pending the publication of the annual report and financial statements for 2011.
