BPT Arista is a direct real estate fund investing in commercial properties in Russia. When fully invested the fund will have a property portfolio of approximately 300,000 sq. m.

BPT Arista is a long-term real estate investment product. The fund has a target equity base of of EUR 400 million and a total investment capacity of EUR 1 billion. The target return on equity is 11-15% per annum including capital gains.

Investment strategy
The focus of BPT Arista is on prime commercial properties in Russia within the retail, office, logistics and leisure segments. BPT Arista invests in Moscow, St. Petersburg and selected regional capitals in Russia.

The fund is focused on a "value added" strategy of acquisition, development and refurbishment of commercial properties (or portfolios of commercial properties) that are strategically well-located in Russia. The underlying fundamental is to utilize the anticipated yield compression (capital growth) and current imbalance between supply and demand in the Russian real estate market.

Structure
BPT Arista is registered in Luxembourg as a SICAV-SIF fund. Investment should be seen as long-term.
