Organisation
BPT consist of the parent company BPT Asset Management A/S along
with a number of national subsidiaries in charge of fund
management, asset management, property management and
administration. In addition, the subsidiary BPT Partner
Services A/S is in charge of business development and investor
relations.
The BPT funds are each separate legal units with independent
boards.
Ownership
BPT Asset Management A/S is owned in part by Dancasa (founder Lars
Ohnemus), a partner holding (5 managing partners), Algis
Vaitiekunas (Fund Manager for BPT Secura and Far East Director),
Kiresko and Horizon21.
