How we work
The objective is always to generate an
attractive investment return. Based on a core-plus to value-added
strategy we look to invest in properties with a good location, a
stable cash-flow, and the potential to add value through active,
efficient and value-oriented asset management. This may involve
re-tenanting, indexation, expansion, reorganization of the building
layout, renovation and other forms of income enhancements.
Our funds have a tax efficient and investor-friendly setup. Most
are based in Luxembourg. Investments are structured as direct
property acquisitions.
Investment principles
All our investments are guided by the following
principles:
- We only invest in properties where our investors can expect a
steady income stream and have a good chance of a medium-term
capital gain.
- We are actively focusing on minimizing and managing any
potential downside risks while protecting the full upside potential
of our investments.
- We will refuse any investment opportunity which challenges our
integrity or is in conflict with our mission statement and core
values.
